Why Choose PrepMed?

Nine reasons families across Kolkata pick us — and one that matters more than the rest.

Built by Experienced Doctors & NEET Specialists

Founded and led by practising MBBS doctors who cleared NEET themselves, not by an education company hiring teachers on contract.

Expert NEET Mentorship

Every student is assigned a mentor who tracks their scores, spots the drift early, and calls before a bad month becomes a bad year.

Structured & Focused Preparation

A fixed weekly rhythm of class, practice, test and revision — so nobody has to guess what to study on a Tuesday evening.

Personalised Guidance & Support

Batches stay small enough that faculty know each student by name, and study plans are set from the diagnostic test, not a template.

Performance Improvement & Progress Tracking

Every test feeds a personal error log with subject-wise accuracy and All-India comparison. Parents get the same numbers monthly.

Strong Concept Building

Concepts taught from first principles and mapped line-by-line to NCERT, because NEET rewards understanding over memorised shortcuts.

Dedicated Doubt-Clearing Support

Separate doubt slots with faculty, in person and online, so a stuck question never waits until the next chapter starts.

Right Strategy for Your NEET Journey

Attempt order, time splits and guessing rules are taught and drilled — the exam-day decisions that separate two students with the same knowledge.

Student-Focused Approach

Honest feedback delivered kindly, pressure kept off the student, and a door that stays open when someone needs to say they are struggling.

Why Choose
PrepMed

Student Testimonials

Preparation Journey

Six stages from the day a student walks in to the morning of the exam. Every batch follows the same structure, adjusted to where the student actually starts.

01
Week 1

Diagnostic Test & Counselling

Before any teaching starts, we find out where the student actually stands — not where the syllabus says they should be.

  • Subject-wise diagnostic test across Physics, Chemistry, Biology
  • One-to-one session with the student and parents
  • Batch and study plan matched to the starting level
02
Months 1–4

Foundation Building

Class 11 fundamentals taught from first principles, because most NEET mistakes trace back to a concept skipped two years earlier.

  • NCERT line-by-line coverage with classroom notes
  • Daily practice problems after every chapter
  • Weekly chapter tests to catch gaps early
03
Months 5–9

Concept Mastery

Class 12 syllabus alongside advanced application, where questions stop testing recall and start testing reasoning.

  • Previous-year NEET questions integrated into each topic
  • Application-level problem sets beyond NCERT
  • Board exam preparation runs in parallel
04
Months 10–14

Test Series & Error Analysis

Full-length CBT mocks on the same interface as the real exam, followed by the part that actually moves scores: working through what went wrong.

  • Weekly full-syllabus mock tests in exam conditions
  • Personal error log reviewed with a mentor
  • All-India rank comparison after every mock
05
Months 15–17

Revision & Doubt Clearing

Two structured passes over the full syllabus, with dedicated slots for the topics each student keeps losing marks on.

  • Rapid revision modules and formula sheets
  • Unlimited doubt sessions, in person and online
  • Targeted drilling on individually weak chapters
06
Final 30 days

Final Sprint & Exam Day

The last month is about temperament as much as syllabus — keeping the student calm, rested and confident walking into the hall.

  • Daily mini-mocks and high-yield topic revision
  • Exam-day strategy: time split, attempt order, guessing rules
  • Stress management sessions for students and parents
Section 8

Process & Eligibility

Five steps from first enquiry to your first class, and exactly who each batch is open to. No hidden stages.

How admission works

01

Enquire

Fill the form or call the centre. An academic counsellor calls back the same day to understand the student's class, board and target year.

02

Attend a free demo class

Sit through a real class, online or at the centre, before paying anything. Parents are welcome to attend.

03

Take the admission test

A short PCB test that decides batch placement and any scholarship. It is a placement tool, not a rejection filter.

04

Confirm batch and fees

Choose the centre, timing and payment plan. You get the full fee structure in writing before you commit.

05

Start learning

Collect the ID card and study material, get portal login for tests and recordings, and meet your assigned mentor.

Who can apply

  • Passed Class 10 from any recognised board
  • Enrolled in Class 11 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  • Open to CBSE, ICSE, WBCHSE and state board students
  • No minimum Class 10 percentage to join
  • Currently in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology

  • Board preparation runs alongside, so school attendance continues
  • Admission test decides which batch level fits
  • Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English
  • Previous NEET attempt is welcome but not required
  • Full-day schedule, so this batch suits students not in school
  • Previous scorecard helps us place you accurately
  • Same eligibility as the equivalent classroom batch
  • Needs a laptop, tablet or phone and a stable connection
  • Live classes plus recordings, so missed sessions are recoverable
  • Tests run on the same CBT portal used at the centres
  • Joining PrepMed and qualifying to sit NEET are separate things
  • NTA sets the age, subject and minimum-marks requirements, and revises them
  • Our counsellors will walk you through the current rules for your category
  • Always confirm against the official NTA information bulletin before applying

What to bring on admission day

Class 10 marksheet Class 11 or 12 marksheet, if applicable School ID or transfer certificate Aadhaar of student and parent Four passport photos Previous NEET scorecard, for droppers

Copies are fine for the first visit; originals are only checked once at enrolment. Nothing is retained.

Section 9

Learning Path

One week at PrepMed is a loop, not a lecture list. The same five stages repeat every week for two years — that repetition is what turns a taught concept into a solved question.

Stage 1 of 5

Learn the concept

Every topic starts in a live class with a faculty member who has cleared the exam. Theory is taught to the depth NEET actually asks for, not to the depth a textbook goes.

  • Concept explained from first principles, then mapped to NCERT lines
  • Worked examples pitched at real NEET difficulty
  • Class notes and recordings available the same evening

Miss a class and the recording plus notes reach you before the next one, so you never rejoin mid-topic.

Stage 2 of 5

Practise the same day

A Daily Practice Problem sheet follows every class. Solving within twenty-four hours is the difference between recognising a concept and being able to use it under time pressure.

  • Graded DPP: basics first, then application, then previous-year questions
  • Solutions released after the deadline, not before
  • Unsolved questions carried straight into the doubt session

Roughly 45–60 minutes of practice per class. Consistency matters more than volume here.

Stage 3 of 5

Test under exam conditions

A weekly test on the same computer-based interface as the real exam. Same clock, same question navigation, same marking scheme — so exam day is never the first time it feels real.

  • Chapter tests weekly, full-syllabus mocks as the year progresses
  • Negative marking applied from the first test onward
  • Score and All-India comparison published within 24 hours

Tests run on the PrepMed CBT portal, the same system used across all centres and online batches.

Stage 4 of 5

Analyse what went wrong

The stage most students skip, and the one that moves scores. Every wrong answer gets classified — concept gap, silly error, or time pressure — because each needs a different fix.

  • Personal error log maintained across the whole year
  • Mentor review session after every full-length mock
  • Subject-wise accuracy and time-per-question breakdown

Parents receive a monthly summary of the same data, so progress is never a matter of opinion.

Stage 5 of 5

Revise on a schedule

Topics return at planned intervals rather than whenever they are next needed. A chapter taught in August is retested in October and again in January, which is how it survives to May.

  • Spaced revision built into the timetable, not left to the student
  • Weak chapters from the error log revisited more often
  • Formula sheets and rapid-revision modules for each unit

And then the loop restarts with the next topic — which is why two years of this beats six months of intensity.

PrepMed’s Vision

“We value parents’ expectations, and we build a stronger competitive mindset among young students”

Because every child deserves a fair start. PrepMed exists to remove barriers, widen opportunities, and ensure that a student’s dreams are shaped by effort, passion, and guidance, not by where they come from. Ambition should be the only qualification for success.
